I was hoping to post last night but I choose sleep. I don't even know what time that I went to sleep, but I intentionally fell asleep on the couch watching "The Office". Amanda went to her sisters game and it was nastyish out so I wanted to wake up when she got home and the couch was the perfect place. Took the dog and laid him next to me so I didn't have to worry about him and that was that.
Yesterday I caught Zoe (our big cat) where she doesn't belong. She has been in a funk since we got the dog....just generally rude (if a cat can be rude). I ran at her and grabber her and yelled at her for being where she shouldn't. She was pissed at me the rest of the night. This morning when I was getting ready for work she was sitting in the kitchen staring me down with this death glare. The cats are fed in the morning and she was pretty hungry. I wish that I would have taken a picture of it...because it looked like the wanted to attack me or something.
Last night I had a nice healthy meal. I made grilled chicken wraps and had a side of rice. They weren't too bad, nice and filling. I really liked the rice I ate though, it was pretty good. Sometimes rice just tastes good and this was one of those times. I guess that anything would taste good since I'm dieting now. Time to cut some weight.
We finally were able to see our engagement photos! I'll have to post a couple after Amanda gives me the login to the site. They look ok.
Today I have a dentist appointment. Nothing special, just a cleaning. It's a new dentist since I didn't like the last one that I went to here. It was a real pain in the ass to find a dentist. I have two dental insurances and I wanted to find a dentist that took both. Then after I found the one's that took both I had to eliminate people based on license info, practice location, etc. One place that I liked couldn't get me in for a cleaning for 2 months! What the hell, serious...if you business is that busy you sure as hell don't need to be taking any new patients. If I can't call my doctor and be seen that day, or call my dentist and be seen in a week then I'm going to go somewhere else.
The one thing that I'm not looking forward to is the wisdom teeth lecture. I have been putting my wisdom teeth removal off for years. Well, 9 years to be exact. It's about time to do them since the procedure should only cost me about $40 out of pocket now with the dual insurance. I just need to find an oral surgeon that can hit me up with either some anti-anxiety drugs or knock me out with ether/chloroform/whatever. I have a terrible needle phobia and it is nearly impossible for being in the military, but I manage since I don't have a choice...but this would be voluntary! I just don't want an IV if it can be avoided.
That's it for now...
